Job purpose:

To strengthen our Account Management team at our Antibody Discovery facility in Freiburg, Germany, we are searching for communicative candidates passionate about Aldevron Antibody Services company products and the clients they serve. The main responsibilities of the Account Manager will be to support the Account Management and Client Relations team and will also act as a point of contact for clients. The Account Manager supports the account management team in terms of the key Account Management responsibilities including the triple constraint for projects, which are cost, time, and quality (the scope). The ability to adapt to the various internal administrative and productive procedures and to form close links with the sales and production team is essential in ensuring that the scope and above all, client satisfaction, can be realized.

The position will be based in Freiburg, Germany.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of our capabilities and service processes.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Keeping accurate records pertaining to quotes, sales orders and account notes.
  • Supporting regular updating of client accounts revenue forecasts in the Aldevron ERP System (NetSuite)
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Communicating and building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Perform client updates to include software management, uploading data and timelines, sending updates to clients.
  • Provide explanations, data exchange and interpretation to clients.
  • Ensures project data and documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Support the management of multiple key accounts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Other duties as required and/or assigned.
Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of biological (preferably immune biological) and/or biotechnological processes is required
Skills:
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in German and English required.
  • Ability to establish and conduct clear and professional communications with coworkers and clients
  • High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources to achieve company and client objectives
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize work according to changing priorities, requests, or projects
  • Willingness to work in a demanding, client-focused environment and on occasion during hours outside the standard workday times
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards and trustworthiness
  • Desire to work in a team-orientated Client Relations environment and trust colleagues
  • Willingness and passion for continual contribution to process improvement
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel

80 pct of life stopped in Turkey due to outbreak, says interior minister

Turkish citizens, especially those living in metropolises, have been abiding by the “social isolation” principles laid out by the government, Interior Minister  Süleyman Soylu  has said, adding that almost 80 percent of life “stopped” in  Turkey . “Up until now, just our ministry issued 38 circulars, 17 of which concern the borders. Many high-level precautions have been taken. Right now, 80 percent of life stopped in Turkey,” Soylu said on March 26 in an interview with a private broadcaster. Soylu also provided updated figures for passenger traffic. He said that there is a 73 percent decline in inter-city bus services, adding that these services can also be suspended if needed.
