قلندرز کے دلبر اور پوری زلمی پر جرمانہ



ضابطہ اخلاق کی خلاف ورزی، دلبر حسین پر جرمانہ عائد
لاہور قلندرز اور پشاور زلمی کے مابین کھیلے گئے ایچ بی ایل پی ایس ایل 2020 کے 24ویں میچ کے دوران ضابطہ اخلاق کی خلاف ورزی کرنے پر لاہور قلندرز کے دلبر حسین پر جرمانہ عائد کردیا گیا ہے۔
دلبر حسین کو ضابطہ اخلاق کی شق 2.5 کی خلاف ورزی کرنے پر میچ فیس کا 5 فیصد جرمانہ عائد کیا گیا ہے۔ ضابطہ اخلاق میں شامل یہ شق بلے باز کو آؤٹ کرنے کے بعد نامناسب زبان، اشارے یا ردعمل کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اسے اشتعال دلانے سے متعلق ہے۔
یہ واقعہ میچ کے دوران پہلی اننگز کے 18ویں اوور میں اس وقت پیش آیا جب لاہور قلندرز کے دلبر حسین نے پشاور زلمی کے حیدر علی کو آؤٹ کرنے کے بعد ایسے ردعمل کا اظہار کیا جو بیٹسمین کو اشتعال دلا سکتا تھا۔
اس دوران سلو اوور ریٹ کے باعث پشاور زلمی پر جرمانہ عائد کردیا گیا ہے۔ پہلی بار اس جرم کا ارتکاب کرنے کے باعث پشاور زلمی کی پلیئنگ الیون میں شامل تمام کھلاڑیوں پر میچ فیس کا 10 فیصد جرمانہ عائد کیا گیا ہے۔
 سلو اوور ریٹ کے باعث پشاور زلمی کے خلاف کارروائی پی سی بی کے ضابطہ اخلاق برائے کھلاڑی اور اسپورٹ اسٹاف کی شق 2.22 کے تحت کی گئی ہے۔
اگر پشاور زلمی کی ٹیم ایونٹ میں دوسری مرتبہ سلو اوور ریٹ کے جرم کی مرتکب پائی جاتی ہے تو پلیئنگ الیون میں شامل تمام کھلاڑیوں پر میچ فیس کا 20 فیصد جرمانہ عائد کیا جائے گا۔
آن فیلڈ امپائرز علیم ڈار اور مائیکل گف ، تھرڈ امپائر آصف یعقوب اور فورتھ امپائر ناصر حسین نے دلبر حسین اور پشاور زلمی کی ٹیم پر چارجز عائد کیےجس پر میچ ریفری محمد انیس نے کارروائی کرتے ہوئے جرمانے کی سزائیں سنائیں۔
